Terms and Conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and Consenso when you use the app. We wrote them plainly, no runaround.

What Consenso is

Consenso is an app for couples that helps you talk better: during the week you note down what bugged you and you talk it through together on ritual day, with a short agenda reframed by AI. It is not a health service and does not replace therapy or professional care.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use Consenso.
• You are responsible for keeping your access secure and for your account activity.
• When you sign up you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Use Consenso in good faith. The following is not allowed:

• Using the app to harass, threaten or harm another person.
• Trying to breach security, reverse engineer or abuse the infrastructure.
• Accessing other couples' data or using the app in an unauthorized automated way.

Your content

What you note down is yours. You grant us the minimal permission to process and display it inside the app (for example, to reframe the ritual agenda). We claim no ownership over your content and do not use it for anything else.

Subscription

• There are free features and premium features.
• The subscription is billed per couple: one person pays and it unlocks for both.
• We offer a 7 day free trial of premium.
• Billing and renewal are handled by the store (Apple App Store or Google Play) via RevenueCat. Cancellation is done from the store.

Availability

We do our best to keep the app running well, but there may be outages, maintenance or changes. The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Leaving

You can stop using Consenso and delete your account whenever you want from the app, with a cancelable grace period. See Delete my data.

Limitation of liability

Consenso is a tool for talking better, not professional advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we let you know in the app. Continuing to use Consenso afterward means you accept them.
