Privacy Policy

Consenso deals with intimate couple matters, so we treat your data with the utmost respect. Here is what we store, why, and what you can do about it, no fine print.

Last updated: July 21, 2026.

Who we are

Consenso is an app for couples: you jot down what bugged you and talk it through on ritual day, with a short agenda reframed by AI. The data controller is the Consenso team. You can reach us at hola@consenso.love.

What data we collect

Why we use it

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for third party advertising.

How the AI works

The ritual reframing uses an OpenAI model. The call goes out from our server (an Edge Function), never from your phone, and the AI key is never in the app. Only the active notes for that ritual are sent, and only when you both check in. Your data is not used to train third party models.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers needed to run the app, each with a narrow role:

How we protect it

Data travels encrypted and in the database it is protected with Row Level Security: each person only reaches their own data and what is shared with their partner. Your vault is private: your partner does not see it; only at the ritual do you choose what to bring.

Your rights

Deletion cascades and respects the other person's privacy: once the grace period is over, a process deletes your account and your data, without touching the other member's vault or settings.

Age

Consenso is for people 18 and older. When you sign up you confirm that you are.

Changes

If we update this policy we change the date above and, if the change is significant, we let you know in the app. Questions: hola@consenso.love.
