Delete my data

On Consenso you are in control of your data. You can delete your account whenever you want and, if you change your mind, stop the deletion within the grace period.

How to delete your account from the app

1. Open Consenso and go to Settings.
2. Go into Account and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm. A 30 day grace period begins.

Grace period (cancelable)

Deletion is not immediate: for 30 days your account is paused (soft delete). If you change your mind, you sign back in and cancel it, and everything stays as it was. After 30 days, an automatic process permanently deletes your account and all your data.

What gets deleted

• Your account and your sign in data.
• What you noted in your vault and your ritual content.
• Your settings, your streak and your insights.

Deletion respects your partner's privacy: it does not touch the other member's vault or settings. Your data is deleted, not theirs.

Before deleting: export your data

If you want to keep a copy, from Settings › Account you can export your data before deleting the account.

If you cannot access the app

Write to hola@consenso.love from your account email, with the subject Delete my data. We verify you are the account holder and process the deletion within a reasonable time.
